Betting & Gameplay Rules
Placing Bets
- Bet Types: Users may place Bets on a variety of games and events as listed on northernlights-ca.com, subject to applicable game-specific rules.
- Bet Limits: Each game may specify minimum and maximum Bet amounts. These limits are displayed prior to Bet placement and may vary across games.
- Bet Confirmation: A Bet is deemed accepted once confirmed by the system and the corresponding funds are deducted from the Player's account balance.
Modification & Cancellation
- Finality of Bets: Once placed and accepted, Bets cannot be altered or cancelled by the Player, except where system or regulatory errors occur as determined by the Operator.
- Operator's Rights: The Operator reserves the right to void or cancel Bets in the event of technical faults, fraud, or regulatory breaches, with notification to the Player.
Conduct in Live Casino & Chat Features
- Prohibited Behavior: Insults, abusive language, spamming, collusion, fraud, and any form of harassment are strictly prohibited in live casino games and chat features.
- Monitoring & Enforcement: The Operator may monitor activities and suspend or ban accounts found in violation of conduct rules, with or without prior notice.

Bonus Terms
Bonus Activation & Wagering Requirements

- Activation: Activation of a Bonus may require input of a code or fulfillment of designated actions (e.g., minimum deposit).
- Wagering Requirements: All Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, typically requiring Players to wager the Bonus amount a specified number of times (as outlined in the promotion) within a set timeframe, not exceeding 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Prohibited Actions & Bonus Abuse

- Abuse Prevention: Attempting to exploit, manipulate, or circumvent Bonus terms (including use of multiple accounts or fraudulent activity) is strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of Bonus and winnings, and account suspension.
Combining Promotions
- One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise expressly permitted, only one Bonus or promotion may be active per Player at any given time.
- Non-Transferability: Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other benefits.

Privacy & Data Protection

Changes to Terms

Termination & Suspension
- Grounds for Action: The Operator may suspend or terminate a User's account for breaches of these Terms, suspected fraud, incomplete KYC, inactivity, or as required by law or regulatory authorities.
- Procedure: Affected Users will be notified via their registered email address. The Operator will provide reasons for suspension or closure where lawful and practicable.
- Funds Handling: Upon termination, any remaining funds, less outstanding liabilities, will be returned to the User by the original payment method, subject to successful completion of verification checks and legal obligations.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- Applicable Law: These Terms and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan and applicable Canadian federal law.
- Jurisdiction: The courts of Saskatchewan shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory arbitration provisions apply or as otherwise required by applicable law.
- Dispute Resolution: Users are encouraged to resolve disputes through the Operator's internal complaints process. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to arbitration in Saskatchewan in accordance with local laws, or referred to court as set out above.
