Placing Bets

  • Bet Limits: Each game may specify minimum and maximum Bet amounts. These limits are displayed prior to Bet placement and may vary across games.
  • Bet Confirmation: A Bet is deemed accepted once confirmed by the system and the corresponding funds are deducted from the Player's account balance.

Modification & Cancellation

  • Finality of Bets: Once placed and accepted, Bets cannot be altered or cancelled by the Player, except where system or regulatory errors occur as determined by the Operator.
  • Operator's Rights: The Operator reserves the right to void or cancel Bets in the event of technical faults, fraud, or regulatory breaches, with notification to the Player.

Conduct in Live Casino & Chat Features

  1. Prohibited Behavior: Insults, abusive language, spamming, collusion, fraud, and any form of harassment are strictly prohibited in live casino games and chat features.

Prohibited Actions & Bonus Abuse

Termination & Suspension

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • Jurisdiction: The courts of Saskatchewan shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory arbitration provisions apply or as otherwise required by applicable law.
  • Dispute Resolution: Users are encouraged to resolve disputes through the Operator's internal complaints process. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to arbitration in Saskatchewan in accordance with local laws, or referred to court as set out above.
